EXCHANGES

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange an item, we’re happy to help—provided the item is full-priced and the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

To arrange an exchange, please email heavycollection83@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be:

• In their original packaging
  

• Unworn and in original condition
  

• Inclusive of all tags and stickers
  

• Free from dust, marks, and any scent (including perfume)
  
  

Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item, pending stock availability.
