RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items only within 30 days of the delivery date.

To request a return and refund, please email us at heavycollection83@gmail.com with your order number included in the message.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• In their original packaging
  

• Unworn and in original condition
  

• Inclusive of all tags and stickers
  

• Free from dust, marks, and any scent (including perfume)
  
  

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
